Resilient Seed or Sod Grass Lawns and Reliable Sprinkling Systems
The next step after you have a great landscape plan is the landscape installation.
After the site is graded and the drainage is put in (if needed), we start with the hardscaping and landscape structures. It is very important that the patio, walkways and other hardscaping features have the right preparation and base underneath them to ensure longevity with use and time. Then, topsoil is added (if necessary) and the soil is amended (if needed) according to your soil type.

It is necessary to install the best sprinkler system possible, isolating the beds from the lawn because of their different watering needs and to maximize water conservation. We then install the plants, making sure they are at the correct height and location according to the landscape plan. We then put in quality aluminum or composite edging which keeps the lawn from spreading into the beds and also keeps the mulch off the lawn. Finally we mulch the beds and install the sod.
